Psychotherapy is the practice of helping people understand dysfunctional patterns and behaviors that are negatively impacting their life, and using interventions to be more effective and increase happiness and satisfaction in life. It is introspective, and therefore may bring up emotions and emotional processes. It is important to have appropriate coping skills to participate in insight therapy, and developing healthy coping skills is an important part of the process.

Change can happen at any age or time in the life process. Evolving and becoming your best self is a process of understanding how your history may be impacting your current life, as well as genetics and biology that may contribute to behaviors you feel are outside your control. Psychotherapy can help to identify what is getting in your way of achieving life satisfaction, and define a path for going forward in a more positive way to create the life you desire and deserve to live.

Terryann works with individuals to identify obstacles to growth and develop interventions to reduce or eliminate those obstacles and set realistic goals to achieve long-lasting lifestyle change. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, energy psychology, dialectic behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and other evidence based therapies to help clients achieve their goals.

The Process of Becoming who you want to be can feel overwhelming when you are trying to do it alone. Terryann takes a strength based non-judgmental approach to help clients create the life they want to live.

Terryann is currently accepting new clients. Typically, psychotherapy is most effective when clients attend weekly in-person sessions, however Terryann individualizes her services based on individual needs and goals. Therefore, length, frequency and type of sessions may vary depending on desired goals, and may change as needs change.

Telehealth (online) sessions may be available and is determined based on individual needs and goals.

Fees

              Individual 50-minute session =              $190.00

              Individual 75-minute session =              $285.00

              Brief Individual 30-minute session =      $100.00

              Team consultation 50-minutes =            $190.00 (If applicable)

              Team consultation 30-minutes -            $100.00 (If applicable)

Terryann does not take insurance and fees are paid before or at the time of service. Fees may be paid by cash, check or Venmo. Terryann provides monthly statements for clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. It is important for clients to determine in advance what services their insurance company will reimburse, and what copays or deductibles may apply.

Please be advised the Client is responsible for the full session fee without 24-hour notice of cancellation of a scheduled session.
